HindiMindBytes is registered in India (UDYAM-MP-16-0066205) as an E-Learning & Educational Service Provider. We are NOT an audiobook distributor or reseller.

Our platform provides “Transformative Works” in the form of book summaries, critical analysis, and study notes. These are created originally by our team of educators and scriptwriters to help students understand complex topics in Hindi.

2. Compliance with Indian Copyright Act, 1957

Our content creation process is legally protected under the specific provisions of Indian Law regarding “Fair Dealing” and “Original Literary Works”.

Section 52(1)(a) – Fair Dealing “The Copyright Act allows the use of copyrighted works for the purpose of private use, including research, criticism, or review.”

Our audio summaries serve as a critical review and educational analysis of the original text, falling strictly under Fair Dealing.

Idea-Expression Dichotomy “Copyright protects the Expression of an idea, not the Idea itself.”

We use the ideas/concepts from books but express them in our own original Hindi scripts, voiceovers, and structure. Thus, the audio content on this site is the Original Intellectual Property (IP) of HindiMindBytes.

3. Content Classification

Type A: Original Summaries

Condensed, analyzed, and translated versions of modern books. These are 100% written and recorded by our team. We own the copyright to these specific audio recordings.

Type B: Public Domain

We transform classic public domain texts (e.g., Premchand, Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes) into professional, high-quality, and easy-to-understand audiobooks, summaries, deep podcasts, and explainer videos. Please Note: While the original source texts are free of copyright, all our adapted audio/video content, translations, and analyses are the exclusive Intellectual Property (IP) of HindiMindBytes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited and cannot be used without explicit permission.

STRICT ANTI-PIRACY WARNING

The audio content, PDFs, and text on HindiMindBytes are the Exclusive Property of our platform.

No Sharing: Sharing your login credentials is illegal.
No Recording: Screen recording or downloading audio for redistribution is strictly prohibited.
