No Refunds Policy
Since we provide digital educational content (Study Notes, Audio Summaries) that can be accessed immediately after payment, we generally have a No Refund policy once the content is unlocked.
Exceptions (Double Payment)
If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your student membership at any time to stop future renewals. However, no partial refunds will be given for the remaining period of your active plan.
