No Refunds Policy
Since we provide digital educational content (Study Notes, Audio Summaries) that can be accessed immediately after payment, we generally have a No Refund policy once the content is unlocked.
Exceptions (Double Payment)
If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount within 7-10 working days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your student membership at any time to stop future renewals. However, no partial refunds will be given for the remaining period of your active plan.

Cancellation of Free Trials & Locked Credits
Irreversible Process
Once a Free Trial is activated, the associated HMB Credits are securely locked for the upcoming auto-renewal. This process is irreversible.
No Mid-Way Cancellation
You cannot cancel the Free Trial mid-way to unlock or refund these credits. The credits will be automatically consumed at the end of the trial period to activate your real subscription.
Post-Trial Cancellation
If you do not wish to continue the subscription further, you may cancel the auto-renewal from your ‘My Profile’ dashboard after the trial period has ended and the real plan has started. Locked credits used for the initial real activation are strictly non-refundable.
