Personal Listening Only
Your VIP membership account is strictly for your personal educational and listening use. Sharing your login credentials violates our platform policy and may lead to immediate account suspension.
Content Ownership
All full-length audiobooks, deep-dive podcasts, summaries, and audio analyses provided are either curated public domain classics or original educational works by HindiMindBytes. We respect all copyright laws and fair use policies.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member profile and secure OTP access. HindiMindBytes is not liable for unauthorized access to your premium audio library.
Free Trial & Auto-Renewal Policy
One-Time Eligibility
Users are eligible to claim a Free Trial for each subscription plan (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) strictly once per account. Attempting to create multiple accounts to abuse the trial system will result in permanent suspension.
Credit Locking (Escrow)
To activate a Free Trial, the user must have an equivalent amount of HMB Credits in their wallet for the respective plan. These credits are immediately locked/held in escrow and cannot be used for any other service.
Mandatory Auto-Renewal
By starting a Free Trial, the user explicitly agrees to auto-renewal. The auto-renew feature cannot be cancelled while the Free Trial is active to prevent gateway abuse.
Transition to Paid Plan
Upon the exact expiration of the Free Trial period, the locked credits will be automatically deducted, and the trial will seamlessly convert into a regular paid subscription. Users can manage or cancel their auto-renewal preferences only after the regular paid subscription has officially begun.
